Design of gas facilities

MEP LLC provides the following services on the design of fuel supply systems for thermal power facilities within the scope of reconstruction, refitting, and new construction:

• Calculation of heat and fuel needs/
• Development of design solutions for gas supply systems of thermal power facilities, including the design of gas reducing stations, gas-distribution plants to reduce and maintain the required gas pressure in the gas supply system of CHP; designing of process gas pipelines with a pressure of 2.5 MPa and more with the installation of gas booster stations with preliminary treatment for gas supply of gas turbine CHP; designing of gas custody metering stations, technical gas accounting for gas consuming installations; designing of gas supply networks for supply and in-site networks.
• Development of backup and emergency systems of supply with liquid (diesel) fuel for liquid fuel storage facilities; pumping stations for supplying fuel to storage tanks and fuel consuming installations; filling and depleting units; technological pipelines for the supply and recycling of liquid fuels.

When designing, safety requirements established by technical regulations, federal norms and rules in the field of industrial safety, as well as normative documents of federal executive bodies are enforced.
