- analysis of the hazard class of construction and industrial waste;
- project justification of sanitary protection zones in accordance with the regulatory requirements of the regional state authorities;
- the Construction Organization Plan section includes analysis of the construction site, transport infrastructure, and features of reconstruction or modernization in view of the environmental protection requirements;
- design solutions ensure fire safety at all stages of construction;
- design project development with account of the efficiency of investments – individual architectural and technical-economic solutions, reduction of the material consumption, and increase in energy efficiency.
